About Me

Hi! I'm Kim, the home baker behind Kimie's Bakery. I attended Culinary Institute Lenotre and worked at a few local bakeries before starting Kimie's Bakery. I bake cookies and cakes but specialize in decorated royal icing cookies.

A little about me is that I love crafts, music, and reading. With Kimie's Bakery, I started a bakery book club, where we read books and eat cookies. Hit me up if you want to join! Lastly, my favorite dessert is cinnamon-streusel coffee cake. The combination of cake, cinnamon filling, and a crunchy streusel is the ultimate sweet treat.
